A telempath, Emma denied the existence of her powers totally, though not to the point of resisting the urge to use them on the people around her, especially customers. Able to manipulate peoples emotions, Emma’s powers have grown beyond even Adam’s knowledge, altering people’s memories, destroying minds is not something she wishes made public. Although her New Mutant powers rest solely on mind power, Emma can still kick ass with the rest of the team, using her martial arts and computer skills to get the message across when the situation calls for it.

Emma deLauro was a mischievous knockout in her early 20's, a telempath who could communicate her own feelings and receive the feelings of others around her. When these gifts combined with her party girl personality, fun and trouble were a double guarantee.
